I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

I had such a great experience with Katie at Lash n Brow! It was my first time getting lash extensions, and she patiently guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. She recommended a different set than the one I had booked after looking at my eye shape and natural lashes, so that I could get the best outcome. During the actual application process, she was gentle, and I felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I originally went in for a brow lamination with tint and trim after speaking with Katie she suggested the henna tint with trim Oh my god I started out with no eyebrows and now I have a full set!!!! I left so happy definitely will be going back The atmosphere was very calm and intimate I left so happy I am going back for lash extensions soon!!!

Just moved to the states and was greeted with the best lash lift by Ashley! Ashley speaks you through the whole process and trust me you are in great hands from that moment on. The chair is so comfortable and the vibes in the salon are so relaxing - you'll fall asleep if Ashley doesn't make you laugh for the full hour with her stories. what a gem. My technician “Ashley” explained the full process in detail and she also analyzed my lashes & face features to see what will pair well, so I decided to trust her expertise. The ending result was perfect, I truly loved it! I had my first lash extension experience here, and it was amazing! The space was super clean, and I loved that they even had contact lens cases and solution available. My lash technician was so kind and took the time to explain all the different types of lashes, making me feel really comfortable with my choice. I’m so happy with how they turned out!

This place was nothing short of amazing. Kyle is so gentle and reassuring. This is the absolute best experience I have had with lash extensions and the variety there was just breathtaking. This isn't simply a place to go get your lashes done. He examined my face, complexion and eyebrows to choose what lashes best fit me for the sweet, natural look that I wanted. I love this place, I loved the experience and will be returning.

I came with damaged eyelashes, years of not getting them done properly, I went to KS lash and he did such a fabulous job.. my new growth is growing, and each time my lashes are better and better! I’ve been here twice now for lashes (my first time ever), and she did an amazing job. I absolutely loved how they came out and received so many compliments. The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here! They’re super detailed and really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. I love how my lashes turned out—they look so natural but still enhance my eyes so nicely, which I feel like can be hard to get right, especially for my eye shape. They also really take the time to ask you questions about what you like and don’t like and offer suggestions for what would suit you given your lash length, eye shape, etc. I’ve already been back because I liked it that much. Definitely recommend if you want something natural and pretty

I have been looking for a Brow Salon here in New York and I made the right choice. Ann was very kind and accommodating, she made sure to explain to me the process and asked me beforehand what I wanted for my brows. She was very gentle and I appreciate that she checks on me once in a while if I was okay. I also love the results! Highly recommended and Definitely coming back for my brow maintenance.

Everyone was fantastic! Kate at the front desk was super helpful and got me in same day for an emergency lash removal due to a bad reaction to a new lash extension set from another salon. Maria took amazingly great care in removing the extensions. I will go back to have them do my lash extensions in the future!

Found this place on google near home decided to try. elevator wasnt working but were only 2 flights. Inside was a vibe & the staff was warm & welcome. I met my lash tech & went straight to it. Process was seamless, took 2 hrs & fell asleep.I got a full set natural individual. They came out pretty I went for a cat eye look. 1 thing I wish could be different was ALL the lashes be individual.tech applied 2d lashes to the outer corners, which is something I didnt want. I’ll def come back & I’ll express EVEN MORE that I don’t want anything BUT individual lashes, NO 2D

Highly recommend, from start to finish everything was amazing super easy to make an appointment. I normally experience burning and itchy eyes during and after the lash process. Never had that experience here it doesnt even feel like I jave lash extensions they feel so lightweight no irritation. Absolutely love. If you want beautiful lashes Definitely book here.

Someone finally got my eyelashes to curl! 🏆 This was my third attempt, having had disappointing results in other places, and I'm happy to say they got these ramrod straight lashes curling and beautiful with their lash lift treatment. The spot is a hidden gem in the mall, walking into what feels like a calming oasis. Professional, clean, and skilled. 10/10 Angie and Maria are both amazing.
