I have never had lash extensions before and minimal experience in receiving beauty treatments in general. Wow I was not disappointed- surprised at how at ease I felt with Jen. The whole session was relaxing her workspace is comfy and clean. Jen was really knowledgeable and professional. I have already booked back in for my maintenance 🙌 cannot wait!! My lashes look banging too - I lurve them, and on the school run I've already been complimented for my lashes (without me pointing them out!) and have recommended her for her work- such a talented lady! 👏

Appointment was for my daughter’s prom make-up trial. Very friendly, daughter didn’t know what she wanted other than a natural look and it was done lovely putting her at ease. Looking forward to her make-up being done on prom day.

As always a great welcome, Lottie is always busy, but still gives great service and advice. My husband asked if I was going to have a colour in my hair, but Lottie advised foils just to blend it in. A great hairdresser, thank you once again Lottie for a super experience.
