Ameilia is skilful and timely with her work. As a frequent client, I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere she sets up in her workspace. Sometimes when don't know what nail design I want, I put my trust in her and she always delivers beautiful unique sets for me through improvisation - and I love it! Absolutely obsessed with my new lashes from FaceByMi! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was so professional and relaxing. Mia really listened to what I wanted — I went for a shorter, natural style since I’m active and needed something low-maintenance, and she nailed it perfectly. The lashes are super lightweight, comfortable, and they look so pretty without being too much. I’ve had extensions before, but these are by far the best — no irritation, no heaviness, just flawless results. Couldn’t recommend FaceByMi more. Already excited for my infill!

Hannah was very professional, warm and genuinely cared about giving a first class service. She explained the process and after care thoroughly, taking much time to give attention to detail. This resulted in my lashes looking much fuller, but natural, without the 'false' effect. As they were done for my Daughter's wedding, a good result was important.
