I had my first visit today and I am absolutely over the moon! My eyelashes look so much better and the lash lift and tint I had was done so well. Shannon went through everything she was doing to keep me informed and we had a good chinwag while I was having it done. Will definitely be a regular there now!

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Very thorough injury assessment and amazing treatment put me through the full works. Mobilisation is so much better and pain reduced significantly post-treatment. Thank you so much. Kerry xx

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

As always, Louise was professional, welcoming and incredibly helpful. My lashes looked absolutely fabulous – exactly the way I wanted them. All the ladies working there are warm, friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable. It’s a real treat from the moment you step inside. I would highly recommend Beyond Beauty to anyone who wants some well-deserved time for themselves.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!
