Amazing experience of lash extensions with Lauren. It was my first set and she made the process so clear and explained everything. I was so relaxed! The lashes turned out super nice and I'm excited to try a different look at my infill. Eyebrow shape was great too! I think the price is really good value for 2h of Lauren's time and meticulous work.

I am honestly so happy with my lashes 😍✨ The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It didn’t hurt at all, literally so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep! She was so gentle, professional, and really took her time to make everything perfect. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing 💅 The results are beautiful, full, natural, and exactly what I wanted. Love Amy, she is a wonderful beauty professional and very down to earth. I've had loads of different treatments here over the years. More recently had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and also the lymphatic drainage treatment. I've often had spray tans and gel nails too.

The setting is stunning, beautiful spa features, and designated treatment rooms make it feel comfortable and warming. Staff are lovely, welcoming, and professional. I experienced the beauty of the Japanese Head Spa with Christine, which is simply wonderful. Inclusive of a beautiful facial, scalp, and neck massage. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who wants some pure relaxation time.
