My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

Tk was excellent as usual. She always does her best to find the perfect colour match and to execute my desired designs to perfection. I'm super impressed with the details on my Xmas set and I'm so happy with the way my nails turned out.

The nail technician helped me with color that I wanted for my nails because I wasn't sure. She filed the nails gently. She offered to put my drink, that she offered, in the freezer because it was warm.

It was my first time at The Beauty and what a lovely experience. Tshiamo is so friendly, warm and patient. I’ve never had a nail tech have so much patience with me choosing a colour. She even let me try different shades of the colours I was considering first and I never once felt rushed. I will definitely be back

Another 5 star experience. I came in to get medium braids done on my natural hair. I was expecting to take quite some time because I have ALOT of hair. But Mercy washed my hair, dried it and braided it all within 3 hours. Love the efficiency and how it came out. Thank you, Mercy! Until next time…🙂
