It was my first time visiting ORT and the ladies were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. They listened to what I wanted although nothing fancy and matched the colour of the polish to my skin tone. The only thing I would say the door is locked on arrival and you need to ring the door bell and I couldn’t see any signage to indicate this. This is very minor. The salon is lovely and would definitely visit again. Thank you ladies

I love coming to Hideaway, you are always made to feel welcome and you feel part of a great friendly team. And an extra bonus is that they are great at what they do! I had the pleasure of having colour with Ella, cut and blow dry with Heidi. Plus Willow helped. Very happy with the results. I recommend all of the team, they are all like friends to me.

Another wonderful experience at Hideaway Hair Salon with Ella. I always feel relaxed and pampered and all the staff are very friendly and professional. I could not fault my hair cut or the colour outcome that Ella achieved for me. I left feeling relaxed and glam.

I'm a client at Hideaway Hair Salon, and my hair stylist, Heidi, is amazing! I've had various services: full head colour, Bayalage, root colour, hair cuts, blow dry etc and have been very happy every single time! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the salon has a great atmosphere! I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Hideaway Hair Salon for fabulous hair & fantastic service! Ps They also make a perfect cup of tea!😁

Charlie went above and beyond to get my hair the exact colour I had asked for. When it wasn’t quite right after the first toner, she didn’t just settle for it, she repeated the process to get it just right. I’m so pleased with my colour today, it’s exactly what I’d asked for. Thank you, Charlie!

I was desperate. Just returned from holiday with sun damaged skin especially around the eyes. I googled 'best facial in Fareham' and The Organic Treatment Company' was listed first. U had a wonderfully marvellous treatment, unfortunately I have been made so relaxed I cannot remember the lovely young lady's name (began with K)...she was wonderful. Can't recommend enough, the treatment and the products were so good I realised I hadn't asked the cost (like I said I was desperate) but was very pleasantly surprised that it cost no more than other mediocre facials I am now a firm regular.

wonderful massage by Kenzie, really relaxing and also a good kneeding of the knots in my back! This place is a hidden gem in Fareham, I will definitely be going back

Great colour by Kelly today

I honestly can’t rate my experience with Charlie highly enough. I have naturally curly hair and always leave with a fantastic cut and my colour gets SO many compliments! I’ve never felt as confident about my look than now and that is all down to Charlie’s talent. She also happens to be a really lovely person too! 🙏

I had such a great experience here. The salon was clean, relaxing, and the team made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My nail technician took time to understand exactly what I wanted and the result was even better than I expected. The shape, colour, and finish were perfect. I’ve had so many compliments already and will definitely be coming back.

Fabulous!! I’ve never been a lover of hair salons as can find them intimidating and mainly had my friend cut and colour my hair at home, however Kelly is just lovely and friendly, making it a pleasant experience. I had previously seen Tee for a consultation before Kelly cut and coloured (and it wasn’t just a trim cut but very long to shoulder). I’ll definitely be back for my next cut and colour and may go a bit more dramatic on the colour rather than playing safe. Thanks Kelly and Tee 🥰
