Great experience with Holden. He did an excellent job, my hair honestly feels and looks brought back to life. What I appreciated most was that he actually listened to what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page by showing a reference photo before getting started. I had such a great experience with Kim today! She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole appointment. I came in for highlights, and she really took the time to consult with me and find a color that suited me perfectly. After we finished, I realized I wanted the result to be a bit darker, and Kim was so understanding. She went above and beyond by re-washing my hair, applying toner, and styling it all over again—without any hesitation. Thank you Kim!
