Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

I booked this appointment for mum and sent some pics for inspo to discuss during the consultation. Omg Layla totally nailed the brief and gave her the look she was after which also knocked 10yrs off her age. Thank you for making her look absolutely beautiful and feel comfortable during the entire transformation process. She was completely blown away by the peaceful atmosphere in the salon, the hospitality as well as the kind & gentle nature of the staff. We are extremely grateful for your excellent service and will be arranging a standing appointment to help mum maintain those lovely locks xx

I had sponsorship from a friend so I had a cut by Rene. Rene does have a good hand for cutting hair though. Unfortunately no pensioner discount and about R400 over the going rate which is an astronomical amount to pay for a cut, colour and blowdry plus to pay for a small amount of conditioner. Thankfully I brought my own.
