After having a terrible experience at another salon I decided to give this salon a go. So glad I did. I was listened to and given advice. We made a plan to rescue my hair and I walked out with the cut I originally wanted and also an excellent start towards the colour being put right. Can’t recommend enough I will always go to black ivy for any aesthetics treatments! Emma is so knowledgeable and really helpful also so lovely and always makes you feel comfortable. My mum is so fussy and had treatments at many other places but she also loves black ivy and recommends to everyone! Definitely the best! Clean and hygienic Knowledgeable and professional Welcoming and kind Can’t get better!

Incredible! I have just had my first session of profhilo body (1 of2). I asked Emma’s advice on a couple of different treatments, she was extremely helpful and didn’t pressure me into booking anything. The salon is immaculate and very welcoming, the treatment itself was a relaxing experience (I do have a high pain tolerance) and it was over in no time. I think I’m going to become addicted to black ivy treatments! Thank you Emma
