Absolutely amazing! I had the best most relaxing experience even better that I had a twilight appointment so I could go home and crawl straight into bed still feeling completely relaxed! A very calming dimly lit room 😍 all wrapped up in a heated blanket and then a lovely wash and blow dry (perfect if it’s a day time appointment) with a mug of tea and a biscuit what more would you ask for! Can’t wait for my next appointment! Thank you Carley x

Had a blow out done with Cyndee. I showed her a picture and she executed the style I wanted even though this was hard work for my type of hair. She's very friendly and enjoyed chatting to her during the treatment. So far its my second appointment at Milano hairdressing and both times I had a great experience.

I had such a lovely Indian head massage, hair wash and blow dry with Carley. She made me feel really comfortable and her salon is just the cutest 😍 would definitely recommend if you want some relaxation

As always, lovely highlights and signature 'curly blow dry' with Paige, who offers great and appropriate advice for hair at 'this stage in life'. Keeping the colour young whilst being realistic about the grey!

booked in for my first indian head, really enjoyed my experience, carley is always professional , and the treatment she gave me was soo relaxing i was falling asleep, the pressure was just what i asked, and i left my appointment feeling soo relaxed and with a nice blow dry, always love coming to see carley and ill defiantly be booking in for another one🫶🏻☺️ xxx

It was my first time at Kapille, definitely not the last! Lucy was really welcoming and smiley the whole appointment. Enjoyed the massage chair and the head massage as well. She did a great blowout as well.
