Lana is the quintessential "old school stylist." Her skills and techniques are on point! She uses professional products and tools (even has Marcel irons). Her salon suite is comfortable and clean and she creates the most welcoming environment. I'm so blessed to have found her and will return again and again!

This is a quality spa with quality staff who provide a quality service. My massage - by Janelle - was very good indeed. Before the 40 minute treatment, she explained what she would be doing, but I was surprised by the hot stone element. This was a first for me, and it was excellent, together with the contrasting cold stones too. All in all, it was a very good massage at a good price. Highly recommended.

Relaxed, blow-dried, trimmed and flat ironed my short hair in an hour. Very happy with the service and the outcome.

Went to Karma Spa 4 times for a wash and blow dry x 3 and the Elemis facial with Andrea, Andrea is lovely and very talented. Highly recommend.

Let me tell the world about Ju Poppin Stimulating Growth Oil. It Is The Bomb. Before using this oil, I was experiencing lots of dry scalp. I bought and tried several different products but I was still having the dry scalp issue. Then Shanae introduced me to the Ju Poppin growth oil and let's just say, it was a happy marriage after that. My dry scalp is now a healthy, well moisturized scalp. Let's not forget the smell, OMGosh. It's a mild, fresh scent.
