Love the new salon in Croydon. The pet dogs made it a wonderful experience. Went for a walk around the park afterwards then had lunch at one of the many local l cafe's. Will make it a day out for my next appointment as there is lots to do in the area. The store looks amazing with a lovely homely feeling. Well done to the team at Biba Croydon.

So happy with my colour and cut from Mia. She listens and makes sure that she is providing you with the result you are after. Offers great advice on hair products and finishes it all off with a fabulous blow wave.

Again had a lovely wash and blow dry by Abbey, she was very attentive to my hair after my first time the previous weeks visit, even remembered where my part in my hair was. Oh and loved the upsell on product, of course I bought it! good job Abbey see you soon 😊

Great changes to the decor of the salon. First time Zoe did my hair and she was great. Apart from being a great human being, friendly, warm and welcoming, she did a great job on my hair. I had a wash, cut and blow wave, which were all good. I'm very particular with my fringe, which Zoe did a great job on. My friends all commented on how great my hair looked at dinner that night, thank you Zoe.

I was very happy with my hairdressing appointment. My colour cut and blow wave was wonderful.

Very good service, but don’t like the computer stuff much. And quite expensive for older people perhaps especially the drying off bit could be taken off for pensioners. And for just a fringe or or back area for a Bob could be cheaper. Otherwise a good experience staff lovely 💕 and enjoyed the coffee.
