The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

This was my first treatment with Khloe and she was so professional and friendly from start to finish! The salon is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and smelled delicious! Staff were very friendly, and Jordana was great. I booked in for a leg wax but my growth wasn't long enough and she waived the fee, really appreciated as that was entirely my error! Eyebrow and lip wax was very quick, I've had it done in the past where they had to go over the same place multiple times but this was just bosh bosh done!!!

I'm very pleased with the service (eyebrows waxing and lash lift and tint) I received from Lorenza and I will definitely return. There's free parking (up to two hours) right outside the salon, which is very convenient. The booking process was very simple.

Joanna is amazing ! I am so happy with my recent lash and eyebrow treatment! This was my third visit. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and professional. Jo really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and different look to try. My lashes look so good and last really well. As someone who never wears makeup and never does anything out of my norm I get anxious about having any kind of treatment that may change my usual appearance. I had my eyebrows shaped by Amelia today and came out very happy. She listened to what I wanted and consulted with me before doing anything drastic. I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Always so cosy and clean in the lash room, Joanna is so lovely always makes me feel welcome, gives you a pillow for your legs and a cosy blanket, my legs and back never get achey on the lash bed! She always makes sure you’re happy with your lashes, and checks what you want before she starts, an of course always does a perfect job, always have got exactly what i’ve asked for😊always leave feeling better and confident! Never had any issues with the lashes they feel comfortable and last a long time

I had classic lash extensions complimented by an eyebrow wax with Amelia. I couldn’t speak more highly about the service from start to finish. My lashes have never looked so good and I felt really comfortable during the treatments. Eyebrow wax was pain- free and they look incredible. Amelia was very professional providing the best care!
