Lovely experience as always, I only trust Rhiannon with my brows and it’s always relaxing visiting The Brow Project. I had to bring my little one with me to my appointment (4 months) and both Rhiannon and Vicki were understanding and super helpful when she got a bit fussy. Nails are spot on as always, loving the new shape and cannot believe what great condition they are in thanks to Nicolas expertise. First time I've had my brows waxed as I used to get them threaded elsewhere, never again, Nicolas worked her magic and they are the best shape they've ever been. This girl seriously knows her stuff and she is so gentle, didn't feel anything. Visited Gemma today for a V wax. Firstly, her room is beautiful, calm and peaceful. I was a little nervous as I haven’t had a wax in a good few years, but Gemma put me straight at ease talking me through the whole process. Gemma is so friendly, warm and kind and you soon feel like you’re just having a catch up with a friend! I am so happy with the results, gemma is a perfectionist and it shows.
