I’ve been doing my eyebrows with Vlada for over a year now and I will never let anyone else touch them. She is the best eyebrow technician I found in London so far in 9 years. She has a high knowledge of aesthetic and care of the brows. I always like to hear her advice as you can never go wrong. Super natural look, people won’t stop complementing my brows since then. Highly recommend her :)

I’m just traveling in London so I was worried about finding a good nail salon — Oksana did a beautiful job fixing a broken nail with a gelx and doing a full Russian manicure on the rest. She was really detailed and thorough in her work, checking the nail shape from every angle. Super clean job, I really appreciated it.

Minnie is so lovely and always does a wonderful job! She is kind and attentive, and the attention to detail in her work is amazing. She really knows how to create lash designs to flatter any eye shape - they feel light and natural, but just noticeable enough to always get compliments! I have tried a few different lash technicians in London, but have been coming back to Minnie for 6+ months because her lashes have been by far the best I’ve had :)

I had an amazing experience at Shape Zone London! The customer service from all the staff was outstanding, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend trying the Lycon hot wax, as it provides a much less painful experience compared to strip waxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for waxing!

After living in London for over 20 years, I’ve finally found the salon I’ve been searching for all these years! I’m a very picky client and have tried many places, but this is the first time I’ve been truly amazed by the quality of a manicure and pedicure. The shape, colour and flawless gel finish are exactly what I was looking for, even though my nails are difficult to work with. I left absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop looking at my nails. Fantastic experience at Alo London! My mother visited for a haircut and eyebrow waxing, and we couldn't be happier. A huge shoutout to Alice, the hairstylist, who was adorable, highly professional, and incredibly patient with my mom. The eyebrow waxing was top-notch too, exactly what she asked for. This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

The nail techs are all nice and accommodating. I was able to try in 3 colors before choosing the one I wanted. Overall a great experience, I’ll definitely be going back. Truly a gem in London!
