A visit here never disappoints. Lauren was first class. Friendly and fun and genuinely interested and interesting to chat too. Despite having an electrician in she handed me to a colleague seemlessly and as I signed up to the eyebrow package did a patch test and I got an immediate discount. Thank you to all. Been going to Charlene for 20 yrs now. Forget the rest they r the best.

Another great treatment day, intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicure and pedicure. All the staff are so happy and it is such a relaxed vibe. I particularly like the added bonus of listening to everyone singing along to the excellent playlist!
