The HD Brows treatment was really thorough and personalized, giving my eyebrows a defined, polished look that suited my face perfectly. Ellie was professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The eyelash lift was equally impressive — my lashes look longer, more curled, and natural without the need for mascara. Best lashes in Crawley if not West Sussex if not the world … ok but genuinely Alice is AH MAAA ZING at lashes and gets them done quickly .. no lying on beds for hours. I get compliments all the time ❤️

My appointment was for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint and I can’t recommend Alice enough. Alice was professional, efficient and meticulous with both treatments and I was so pleased with the outcome.

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I even left with a Christmas gift! 10/10 all round, I will definitely be back 🦋🌿🥰

Emma did my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly professional and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her customer service and care are excellent.
