Gorgeous new studio but the same old Kate! The one who tries desperately to pull off wide eyed innocence when she tries to sneak in the white and you say "that's spicy, you started the white already?" 🤣 In all seriousness though, she is warm, welcoming, friendly and puts you at ease straight away. For me I suffer with anxiety and going to salons is a big thing for me so I avoid them but I needed my eyebrows doing and decided I had to go to and glad I did. All the staff were friendly. Grace who my appointment was with was so nice and explained everything to me and did an amazing job and will be going back.
