I met Jade for the first time yesterday whilst having a Nano Brow procedure and received the most lovely welcome. She took the time to explain the process of the procedure and what to expect during and after. She was very accommodating to my needs and her professionalism gave me confidence. This was my first full on wax - from the moment I messaged Darcy enquiring about services and how to prepare for intimate waxing she was friendly and informative. As a plus size woman who can struggle meeting new people I was a little nervous but Darcy immediately put me at ease with the way she promotes body confidence no matter your size. She explained what she was doing as she worked, constantly checking I was ok and warning if an area might hurt. We laughed and chatted through the whole process. I received an after care card and I’m looking forward to going back after Xmas for another chat
