Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

What a great first experience with Beautico! It was my first time visiting and I absolutely loved it. The service was quick, the staff were so friendly, and the whole experience was seamless. Lynda is the most talented eyelash artist in Melbourne, I love how she takes her time and is so detailed in her technique. Each lash placed deliberately and carefully. Lynda also takes care of her clients natural lashes and ensures that I never suffer any discomfort (redness, itchiness). Providing a beautiful look every time that compliments the eye shape and that looks good with and without makeup. Worth every penny!

Kayla did a fantastic job on re shaping and re doing the colour. The colour had turned blue and the shape was terrible from a previous bad place I’d been to. Kayla is amazing, friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix my eyebrows. She is such a perfectionist. Highly recommended.
