Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

It was my first visit at the treatment rooms, and I had a dermaplane facial with Lauren, and the whole experience was amazing. I was greeted and mad to feel very welcome, the salon is beautiful and cosy. The treatment was great and Lauren was very knowledgeable about my skin, products and additional treatments that would be good for me. Thank you. ♡

The peel I had as part of the CACI facial left my skin so smooth and glowing. So very pleased. Thank you again Saira.

Su and Renai are amazing hair stylist. Both are great with recommending what’s style , colour and products will be best for you. I trust them implicitly! I alway leave there pleased with my hair. Had the keratin treatment recently which worked a charm! Hair feels so much more silky smooth and manageable. Lovely relaxed atmosphere at the salon!

Had a Joico hair mask treatment today and it’s left my hair feeling amazing, perfect for someone who has dry curly hair it’s now left my hair silky smooth and to say it lasts for a couple of months is ever better! It was lovely, Autumn did a great job she was so kind and friendly she made my granddaughter feel at ease because it was her first time having her hair cut short and she loved it. She did my hair so nice I'm really happy with it well done Autumn i definitely will come again when I'm down there.
