The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Jo was brilliant and I love the outcome of my lashes and dermaplaning she also had some amazing advice for my skin care routine and really took the time to really explain everything she did. Lilly did my eye brows, she did a great job and was so lovely. Would highly recommend No.37!!

Paulina is just incredible! She’s so knowledgeable, makes you feel so at ease and is the absolute Queen of relaxation. I’ve had multiple different treatments and never been disappointed. Paulina is so lovely and completely puts you at ease. She explains the procedure fully - what's going to happen, how it might feel, what to expect afterwards (in the immediate term and ongoing) and lets you know what's going on as she's performing the treatment which for a first timer was very reassuring.
