Muhid was excellent start to finish! He was knowledgeable in explaining the process, the differences in methods and how they impact the results, and explaining the importance of aftercare. Emma took the time to assess my individual needs/requirements and catered to them. I was worried the Dermaplaning may dry my skin but it didn't at all. In fact my skin felt lovely and smooth and was a great base for make-up. I believe this was because Emma used many different products and techniques to benefit my skin which was included in the Dermaplaning cost. Emma gauged my personality in knowing when to chat and when to allow me to relax. So much so that I fell asleep having my lashes done! Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere too. Will definitely return!
