Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I can truly recommend, so much so I am going back in a month for eye treatment. 10/10

I feel very comfortable. The treatment wasn’t painful. I can’t remember the name of the lady who did the treatment but she had lots of knowledge about what she was doing.

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Haven't been to a wax in about a decade and never in England before, I was super nervous. Shaf is so kind and approachable, made me leave my guard down and anxiety at the door :) I didn't have time to be anxious because the wax was over in a blink, didn't feel much either. I'm normally very self conscious over my appearance, my extra weight, my blemished skin, I didn't need to be, she was very professional. And it's the first time I get great smooth skin without a major breakout after as I am prone to ingrown hairs. This is amazing, I'm booking again! Thank you Shafaq! 🌟

Absolutely incredible facial, an hour of pure relaxation. Michelle was very friendly and welcoming, put me completely at ease. The setting was beautiful very spa-like with low lighting and relaxing music. Michelle has magic hands! Her massage was amazing and the products were lovely, smelt beautiful. My skin is glowing and I feel refreshed after some much needed me-time. I will definitely be back for another facial and will be recommending to my friends/family. Thank you!

Felt relaxed after service and heals body pain

had a Brazilian wax and full body wax and the experience was excellent! The staff were so professional, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was done with great care and attention to hygiene. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming. I’m really happy with the results — smooth skin and barely any discomfort. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Eva is the absolute BEST at what she does 🤍 As a long-time client, I will literally never go to anyone else. I always leave obsessed with my lashes and brows — she just gets it every single time. She works so hard, and everything she does is done with intention; her passion is so clear in her work.
