Well where do I start with this lady, I found her via word of mouth and instagram. Francesca is absolutely amazing at her job and always makes me feel at ease and relaxed when I come to my appointments. I’ve had dermaplaning facial done by her which was AMAZING! Currently have my other treatments done on a regular basis such as UV lashes and eyebrow wax & tinting. I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.
