You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing — easily the best spa experience I’ve had. Had a Japanese Hair Treatment for the first time ever, it was bliss, incredibly relaxing. Having the option to see the blocked follicles before and the lovely clean head after is a bonus. Louisa really does make it special, not only the hair treatment but a face cleanse and chocolate mask, neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. I feel to sleep. Highly recommend it.
