Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. Sue is great, very efficient and capable. Even the Hollywood bikini waxing turned into something tolerable because of her expertise. The place itself is decent, although a good going over and some fresh paint wouldn't hurt.

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

First time using J’adore Beaute and it definitely will not be my last. Had my legs waxing my Tee and than a hot Hollywood and underarm wax by Nahid both were very experienced and made you feel comfortable.
