Awesome customer care by Radhika, perfect lash lift tint, lash and brow tint. Combination waxing and threading leaves skin soft and smooth and my skin soaks up the aloe vera finish - I always request a cubicle treatment as enjoy the privacy, the meditation music helps me remain relaxed for the 1 plus hour these treatments require- Highly reccomend a treatment with Radhika 🌺

Elegant Beauty always has such friendly professional staff. Whoever picks their staff does a great job. I usually go to Northlands but today I saw Rudhika at The Palms. Walked in and was served straight away, was welcomed with a polite smile and hello. Told the lady what I wanted and was told to take a seat while they set up the room. Entered the room which was very clean and organized. Very relaxing music in the background and no sound coming from the mall so very relaxing environment. Got Brazilian and armpits waxing done, I found the lady very professional, asking if I was ok and whether the wax was at a comfortable temperature for me. I will definitely be returning. 🥰

Kiran always provides a wonderful experience. She takes great care with waxing and threading, especially when my skin is sensitive or has a few pimples. I truly appreciate her gentle and attentive approach!
