Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. Such a wonderful place, cant recommend it highly enough. The treatments are amazing and varied but most of all the staff are incredible people and professionals. No matter how many times I visit it still blows me away at how truly incredible it is, Cant wait for the next time <3
