As a first time client, I was thoroughly impressed with the service which I received at The Spa Lounge. Due to a scheduling mix-up, the salon actually was not opened today (Whit Monday) despite my making an appointment approximately two weeks ago. My first interaction with Niki was over the phone this morning, when she not only apologized for the error, but actually gave up her morning to meet me at the salon. The care, professionalism and attention to detail exhibited during the appointment was unmatched. This was easily the best Brazilian wax I've ever had! I will definitely be back.

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

Dominique was so accommodating fitting me in on the same day I enquired. I had a Brazilian Wax service and she was quick, made me feel very at ease and the environment was very pleasant. I sure will be back to enjoy some of her other services! Thanks Dom!

My experience just keeps getting better with every visit. Now that I have learned that the scrub makes the waxing experience less painful I will be sure to use it properly and regularly in the future. It's worth it all!! Would recommend to others 20/10.

Been going to Signature Spa for years for my nails. First time doing a Brazilian Sugaring. The experience was awesome. Went in with fears which were put aside from the first pull. Ebony and her team are the Best

Overall it was a great experience. For a basic pedicure I was still treated as if I had paid for a Lux Pedicure. I will definitely be back and maybe to try waxing this time.

Brazilian sugaring maintenance and stomach strip was all quickly yet nicely done in half hour. Kaylona was engaging as usual but still made sure to do a pleasant job. My 3rd visit and has been a great experience and result each time.
