Love the beauty treatment and will definitely be going back!!! I hadn't had a Brazilian wax in 2 months and shaved my bikini line last week 🤭 (normal waxing would not get the hairs out). Cindy worked her magic and was able to get most of the little hairs out. If you haven't had a sugar wax you have to try it! 💯💯

The lady did a great job of my brows and asked me first if I preferred threading or waxing and if I like them trimmed or not. I had then threaded and trimmed and they look great.

This was a relaxing facial thanks, lovely facial massage technique. I was just a little surprised at the end where it finished with just a wash off of the mask and then nothing. No final cream applied. Left my face feeling somewhat bare and raw. A very abrupt ending.

As always a wonderful experience but today I was served by Manpreet at Northlands mall . What a delight !!!. I was only there for eyebrows and upper lips but asked if I could get a quick face massage (very unusual) as I was feeling a lot tension around my forehead and Manpreet was so welcoming and did a stunning job with her magic hands. I am surely going to book a facial with her soon . Thank you for going out of bounds and making people feel so welcoming and comfortable . Keep up the good work 😊👍🌈

It was a comfortable experience specially for me as it is my first time to do waxing and threading. It was painful and hot but totally manageable. The fragrance and ambience of the room was so relaxing. And Pinky did an amazing job in doing my threading and waxing, she made me felt comfortable in my body as well. Thank you Pinky! Polite,friendly,perfectionist combined with excellent time management skills (I got full body waxing done plus a totally last min face waxing done and dusted in 2 hr and 15min)She is a true asset to the brand so dont let her go guys🙂
