Very Friendly Person. Explains Everything with you in relation to your booking. Not afraid answer questions. Gentle and as painfree as possible for Waxing. Very relaxing massage - knows what to do to stop people like me reaction to be tickled. 5 Stars is not enough for Jess - She deserves 50

I never leave disappointed.. would not trust my brows with anyone else. Shannon is a talented perfectionist with a lot of knowledge. Adding a lash lift to my treatment has been a game changer too! Obsessed! Could not recommend more!
