Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. My mum had her 1st lash lift at 77 and brows tinted and waxed as a wee treat as had been fed. The smile on her face when she looked in the mirror honestly made my heart melt. She is away to look at how braw she looks. Nickola you made sure she was OK throughout the appointment and made her feel so special. Thanks

I experienced my first ever Hollywood wax with Rachel this evening. I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked into the salon. Rachel was brilliant at keeping me distracted and chatting away whilst the treatment took place, I hardly noticed when she had finished! So much care and attention to how I was feeling, so friendly and It didn’t feel awkward at all! My first experience of a wax and I will definitely be back, it’s opened my eyes to how much easier a wax is rather than creams or shaving! Thank you so much!

I came for a pedicure and a Hollywood waxing today - I wouldn't trust anyone else for my waxing, Kiera is the best. Going to miss coming here when I have to move!
