Came for a spruce up for a Charity Ball today. Had my eyelashes tinted and curled, eyebrows tinted and shaped and then chilled with a gorgeous hot chocolate while Louise sorted my nails out. Three hours of total relaxation as I just switch off when I walk in the salon. I always leave as a different woman in more ways than one. Thanks Lou xxx

Booked a last minute appointment with Melissa after not being able to get a waxing appointment at my usual salon, and I'm so pleased I did. Melissa was really friendly, professional throughout, and regularly checked on my comfort during the bikini wax. Rachel is amazing! She always listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better. Her curling skills are incredible—my hair always looks effortlessly styled and the curls last for days.
