Absolutely 5 stars! I had a half leg & bikini wax with Sammie and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through the process, answering all my questions with confidence and care. Sammie is also so friendly and easy to chat with, which made the appointment fly by. The wax itself was much less painful than I anticipated, and the results were super smooth. I’ll definitely be returning—highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant waxing experience!

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

I had my first massage with Sammie, and it was amazing!! She really took the time to discuss my needs and accommodated them so well. The space she has is so relaxing and she really made me feel at ease! I have booked in for another one in 4 weeks - I can’t wait!! The staff at Mirage are amazing… from wanting a change the other week to having a pink peekaboo haircut, which looked ace, I started falling out with the pink and felt I wanted purple again, as I’ve always had purple hair… I contacted Sarah and she couldn’t do enough to help me feel me again. So I popped back and had my purple put back in over my pink with Hannah. The staff are absolutely amazing, I always feel welcome and they always listen to what I’m looking for. Sarah, Charlotte and Hannah are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t be any happier with my new look. I’m one happy customer x

My first appointment in the new salon, wow - it’s so upmarket and boujee. I had such a lovely time as usual with Gemma and her new assistant Louise 🤩

I had a lovely afternoon with Louise for my nails,pedicure and eyebrow wax ready for my holiday. Louise always does a great job.
