I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the fantastic service I received. I arrived a bit early. Lauren & Karabo kindly checked in with me to see if I was comfortable waiting. Noma was running a bit late as she was assisting a client. Karabo kept me informed & asked if I preferred to wait or have someone else assist me. I decided to wait. Noma, is incredibly gentle & made the waxing experience comfortable. Every single visit to the Pink Room is always greeted with warm smiles & friendly service. I truly appreciate the exemplary service that the team consistently provides.

My first visit to The Pink Room was wonderful, largely thanks to their lovely staff! I booked the "Pink Splash" package (acrylic overlay, gel toes, brow wax/thread+tint, classic lashes, blow wave), which was great value. However, it was the team's positivity, joy, and genuine smiles that truly made the day special. They were so welcoming and created a fun atmosphere. Beyond the excellent treatments, their warm demeanor made the experience memorable. I left feeling fantastic and highly recommend The Pink Room for a pamper day, mental reset, or some me-time, especially because of the staff!

I’ve been going to Ambiance Skin for waxing and brow shaping, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience.It’s the epitome of professionalism always punctual, incredibly skilled, and meticulous with her work. Whether it’s a quick wax or a detailed brow shaping, she always takes her time to ensure everything is done perfectly. The space itself is spotless, with a calm and welcoming ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. It’s clear she puts care into creating a relaxing environment. What I appreciate most is how she treats you like you’re her only client,completely focused.

The lady who did the waxing for my daughter and I was nice and friendly but we’re not happy with the results. There’s still a noticeable amount of hair left on both of us.
