I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

My lashes from Zarah are absolutely stunning. She is so warm, friendly and welcoming. Her attention to detail is second to none. She really took the time to understand what I wanted, made sure I was happy and I got the lashes of dreams. I really can’t recommend her enough! She’s amazing and so so talented.

Today was my first appointment with Zarah. I had a brow lamination and honestly couldn’t be happier! She did such an amazing job – my brows have never looked this good. I’ve always struggled with the shape, but she completely transformed them and now they look so clean and natural. On top of that, she’s so warm and friendly – I felt comfortable straight away and we chatted the whole time like old friends. The whole experience was such a pleasure, and I left feeling so happy with both my brows and the appointment itself. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a client of April’s for many many years, and I can honestly say she is the absolute BEST. From my very first appointment, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism, precision, and gentle touch are unmatched. April has a true talent for what she does, she’s quick, thorough, and makes the entire experience as painless as possible. She always takes the time to ensure everything is perfect, and her warm, friendly personality makes every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. I can confidently say I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Previously I’ve had great experiences here and really enjoyed the service but this time the waxing didn’t feel quite as thorough as usual. Would love to see a little more attention to detail on my next visit.

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.
