Pav was very friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first visit to Finesse and Pav made me very welcome and relaxed throughout. Vivi is just amazing! Every time I go, my nails are just perfect. Vivi has got such a talent for knowing exactly what I want (even when I don’t!). This was my first Microneedling procedure and I had already discussed with Alana at one of my previous appointments about trying this. It's hard to describe what the treatment felt like, it wasn't painful more of tickle other than my forehead which was a bit more sensitive. I'm fair skinned and there was obviously some redness after the treatment but the following morning apart from a few red patches on my forehead the rest of my skin was very slightly pink. As always Alana was brilliant and I can't wait to see the how my skin is in a few weeks time.

Alana made me feel so relaxed and what a lovely experience would highly recommend 🩷
