Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I had a great experience with this wax and go! Sonia is really lovely and incredibly patient, which made the whole process so much more comfortable. I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

Suzanne is lovely and makes you feel very relaxed. My Gel toes look amazing and I’m very pleased with my brow waxing.

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .
