The staff at Westbourne The Venue are really lovely and make you feel welcome on arrival and throughout your visit. The environment of the rooms is very calming and provides a lovely atmosphere to have your treatments. The Venue is very clean and the beauticians are outstanding. I have had classic eyelash extensions and eyebrows waxed a couple of times and have been very happy with my treatments and my eyelashes last a really long time so absolutely worth the money.

I come to Flora for all sorts of treatments and always leave Simply Calm feeling like a princess! My lashes and nails are always so fresh, and when I need a wind down her facial and massage options are so amazing too. Always feel very welcome! They treat all their customers like friends, not customers. I have always dreaded going to salons for waxing, and have tried quite a few over the years, but this salon, is definitely my favourite so far. I haven’t been to another one since, in over 2 years!
