I am absolutely in love with my lash extensions! The entire experience was so relaxing and professional from start to finish. She took the time to understand the exact look I was going for—natural but full—and the results were perfect. The lashes feel weightless, look super fluffy, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. No irritation, no clumping—just flawless work. I’ll definitely be coming back. I have had a number of treatments at Utopia, including brow tint; gel polish, electrolysis, facials, spray tan and a massage. All the staff are professional, do a fantastic job and are great chat to make you feel at home! Would recommend to anyone!

Paula was amazing, hadn't been for a wax in years due to COVID and then getting out of the way of it. Paula was very reassuring and felt very comfortable around her. Great service. Fitted me in for an underarm wax and was done quickly and pain free with the Harley wax - really good quality wax and efficient but very friendly staff. Good price too.
