Highly recommend! Lavi was awesome - friendly, respectful and soft. The waxing was way less painful than what I normally experience at other salons (she uses a high-quality wax). The result was flawless

Ken took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to suit my hair type and face shape. Throughout the appointment, I was impressed by the detailed focus and care that went into every step of my cut and colour. Love this place. A secret well kept in Richmond. Hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, waxing, pedicure, manicure all in one place! Clare (owner), Jay and Vivian live to provide excellent outcomes for clients. Awesome experience every time. Nothing like it anywhere!

My friend and I visit Laurel Beauty and Spa as a celebration for each of our birthdays each year. We love our treatments especially the combined 1 hr Hydra Facial and 1 hr massage. The staff are very friendly however sometimes it is hard to convey what we want due to the language barrier. We will definitely be back. Thank you Carla & Jo Jo.
