Tam was wonderful as ever. I've not seen her for 2 years due to moving 600 miles away, but was back in Maidstone so had to have a treatment or two from her. My facial and massage was fantastic, so relaxing and my face has never looked so fresh

The queen of waxing in my opinion. I was a little worried about the bikini as in the past it’s been quite painful.. she was magical and wasn’t anywhere as near as painful.

Just had my brows tattooed- Laura was brilliant, carefully planning and talking me through each step. I’m really pleased with them - it was a really relaxing and pleasant experience plus it doesn’t hurt either. I’m looking forward to never having to colour mine in every day - very happy customer 😊

I had a bikini wax and a gel manicure at Phoenix Beauty in preparation for my holiday. The bikini wax was quick, thorough and virtually painless. The gel manicure looks amazing, Sharon paid so much attention to detail and gave me exactly what I’d asked for in terms of colours and design. The salon is clean and welcoming and the staff are so friendly and professional. I’m thrilled with the services I’ve received and will absolutely be back for more.

Laura was absolutely lovely- very informative and passionate about her work. Today was a consultation regarding having my brows done and I can’t wait 😊
