I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. Genuinely one of the most lovely, welcoming afternoons I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so honest, open and just truly lovely people. The treatments I had were thoroughly explained to me and all my questions answered fully. The salon itself is gorgeous and stocked with everything you could think of. The town is very lucky to have Preenification here.

I had the full monty wax with Janthea and had a whale of a time. We didn't stop chatting and laughing the whole way through, 10/10 recommend and will be returning for another visit

Best ever waxing!! Brazilian wax is something we all suffer through usually, and I never thought there is a place where it is almost completely painless. Janthea is absolutely lovely to talk to, and the knows exactly what she’s doing. This place is perfect for anyone who was always afraid of waxing! Absolute best experience ever!
