My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I've been to Lucy's Beauty quite a few times now and she is honestly so lovely! Lucy is friendly, warm, professional, and great at what she does –I always leave my waxing appointment feeling smooth and fresh! She has such a cosy set up too, you can't help but feel instantly relaxed. Highly recommend! 🤍

Lucy gave me the most wonderfully relaxing facial. She examined my skin and explained what she would do during the treatment. The massages were wonderful and I came away with lots of advice and glowing skin. Highly recommended

An amazing 1 hr hot stones massage which I loved and my body needed. I then had some Reiki healing and Lucy unblocked some chakras which has left me feeling rebalanced, refocused and relaxed. I was advised by my Osteopath to start having regular massages, so I visited Lucy today for a full body and scalp massage. Lucy's salon is warm, clean and cosy and Lucy was very welcoming. Lucy listened to my needs and I had the best massage I've ever had, it was truly wonderful. I can not recommend Lucy highly enough.
