Mitchell was very informative and clearly knows what she is doing. I had HIFU done, and she was so kind and professional throughout the entire session. Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!
