I first came to Harley skin + laser back in 2018 for my rosacea treatment- results were amazing. I was also taught about the benefits of daily SPF. I’ve come back now for laser hair removal - I was nervous at first but when arriving I was greeted with a smile by Nikita which put me at ease. With the laser treatment, Harley made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she is both efficient and thorough. I also had a lovely pro facial done by Amy- her consultations were so informative and helpful, my face felt so clean and hydrated, with a lovely glow.

Emma’s skill level is Superb 😎. I have had 3 distinctly different treatments from Emma. All 3 treatments to a very high standard. A. Sugar hair removal. I suspect it’s a combination ,sugaring is a lot less painful than waxing and Emma’s very high skill level make this treatment almost painless. B. Full body massage. I normally have sports massages this massage from Emma is one you could drift off to sleep during. extremely relaxing ,can highly recommend. C. Derma planning. The surprise 🌟of the show. Leaving facial skin looking and feeling years younger. Again you have 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from🏃‍♂️

I had my first consultation at Harley Skin & Laser Clinic today, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. I’ve struggled with self-consciousness about my skin for a long time—particularly due to acne scarring and moles—so finally taking this step was a big deal for me. Amy, was lovely. Overall, everything was good, I loved my facial. I enjoyed the electric blanket and even doozed off a bit. I didn't appreciate was being asked if I wanted a hair wrap and when I said "Yes", it was handed to me to put it on by myself. Usually, the staff have always done this as standard practice. I've never had to wear it myself. It takes away from a pampering experience if as a client I have to put the head wrap on by myself. It felt odd to me. Thank you.

I had my first laser session tonight and beforehand I was abit apprehensive that it would be painful/uncomfortable, I don’t know what I was worried about I didn’t feel a thing it was a great experience and Emma talked me through everything before and during and I am looking forward to the rest of my course. Amazing as always. Started my lazer leg journey in July & had my third treatment today. Results so far are fabulous. Very little hair re-growth and those that did come back were so fine, hardly visible. Would 100% recommend.

Knowledgeable and great advice given regarding laser treatment

Emma is lovely, makes you feel so comfortable and very reassuring since starting sugaring, shaving is something i would never go back to she gets rid of all my hairs and makes me feel super smooth and feminine again. Its not just a treatment she gives you advice and recommendations for things that would benefit you!!

Even during a woman’s period where we feel the most vulnerable and possibly in some discomfort, Emma is able to make me feel at ease, calm and relaxed. Emma does more than remove hair, she removes my stress :)
