I had my hard gel nails removed prior to appointment, after many years, and wanted to transition to BIAB. My nails were in poor condition—brittle, weak, and one was broken very short. Sylwia did an absolutely outstanding job. She was professional, thorough, and her attention to detail is exceptional. I’m excited to see how my nails improve over the coming months. Laser hair removal sessions are going great. Lily talks me through each session and is clearly very knowledgable on this treatment and what is the right level for different skin types. Highly recommended.

Lily has always taken the time to talk me through her services, whether it’s laser or a facial. So welcoming and kind, couldn’t recommend her enough!
