Karen was lovely. Very approachable and clearly qualified and experienced. I felt I was in safe hands throughout. She is very keen to understand what outcome is expected before undertaking treatment to ensure it fully aligns to the client vision. Yolande is AMAZING!!! I've tried several places in the area since moving to Chesterfield but I've finally found the right one. Hair, nails, massage, waxing - it's all brilliant. Definitely recommend to everyone. Super friendly and comfortable and great services, extremely good value.
